Fellowships, Scholarships, Bursaries and Prizes
Each year the College offers a number of awards (fellowships, scholarships, bursaries and prizes). These are determined mainly by the College's Scholarships & Academic Committee. In 2010 the College will offer nearly $100,000 to residents of Dunmore Lang College. Funds come from generous donations by individuals or organisations, some jointly with the College, or from the College alone. The categories of award cover undergraduates and postgraduates, new and returning residents.
The College is delighted to announce four new awards for 2010: a second 'Step Forward' Scholarship for a new resident from a disadvantaged background, donated by Paragon Risk Management; two awards from the College's auditors, Pitcher Partners, an entrance scholarship for a new resident in an audit-related discipline, and a prize for high achievement in the same; and a prize of $500 from our design consultancy Paper Monkey for a returning resident in music and the creative arts. We give our sincere thanks to these three organisations for their generous support.
