Each year the College offers a number of scholarships, bursaries and prizes.

Every scholarship, bursary or prize has its own entry requirements. Please contact Reception or the Deputy Principal and Dean of Students for information on each award, and an application form.

Students are advised throughout the year by phone or notices in the student newsletter, when applications are open for each award.

The Ranch Hotel Scholarship
(2 x $2,500 Scholarship)

Available to all students enrolled in the Macquarie University Bachelor of Applied Finance, Bachelor of Commerce – Marketing, Bachelor of Business Hospitality & Tourism, Bachelor of Business – Environmental Management, Bachelor of Business – Hotel Management, Bachelor of Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Media or for similar degrees at the undergraduate or postgraduate level.

The Scholarship is available to all students enrolled in the aforementioned degrees and who are returning to Dunmore Lang College after having completed at least one full academic year at Macquarie University while living in the College.

Commonwealth Bank Scholarship
($2,500 Scholarship)

Proud supporters of Dunmore Lang College , the Commonwealth Bank are
pleased to support the student community with this scholarship.
Available to all students erolled in The College of Commerce and
who are returning to DLC after having completed at least one full
academic year at Macquarie University while living at the College.

John & Yvonne Almgren Scholarship
(2 x $2,500 Scholarship)

Available to all students returning to DLC after having completed at
least one full acamemic year at Macquarie University while living
in the College.

Undergraduate Academic Scholarships
(maximum $1000 per Scholarship)

For Macquarie University enrolled undergraduate students applying for
residency for the commencement of the academic year for the first time.
Application forms available from October.
Awarded early 1st Semester.

Spotless Services Ltd Scholarships
(There are 10 $1,000 Scholarships available each year.)

These Scholarships are provided by Spotless Services, a company responsible
for catering in the College.

Special Area Scholarships
(maximum $1000 per scholarship)

For all Macquarie University enrolled undergraduate students applying for
residency for the commencement of the academic year.
Application forms available from October.
Awarded early 1st Semester.

The Dorothy Knox Bursaries
($2000 per bursary)

Awarded to current undergraduate residents for the following year.
Application forms available late August/early September.
Awarded September/October.

The Margaret Saville Prize
($2000 and inscribed medal)

Awarded each year at the Annual and Valedictory Dinner in October to
a current resident of the College for outstanding service to the College.

The Dean Frost Memorial Prize
($200 book voucher)

Awarded at the Introductory and Academic Dinner in March, recognises
the Dunmore Lang College undergraduate student with the best academic
record for the preceding academic year.

Available to all undergraduate students enrolled in the Macquarie University Bachelor of International Communication, Bachelor of International Business, Bachelor of Business Administration (International Studies) or Bachelor of Creative Arts (International Studies).
