Established in 1972, the College provides a safe and supportive community for both undergraduate and postgraduate Macquarie University students in a variety of accommodation styles.
Dunmore Lang College is a not-for-profit Residential College driven by the belief that enabling access to university study changes not only students’ lives but also their families and wider communities. By undertaking university study, students open up new pathways and opportunities for their futures as well as becoming roles models for others to follow.
We support this by providing fully catered accommodation as well as leadership opportunities and academic, social and pastoral support for Australian students from rural and regional areas as well as international students.
All monies received from our operations fund direct student services including leadership and work-ready skills training as well as the provision of scholarships and bursaries. The College is committed to upholding the values that support a successful residential community including respect, diversity and inclusion, and personal responsibility, encouraging excellence and providing leadership opportunities for all student residents, throughout the College.
